Direct from our sustainable farm to your table – 100% chemical-free, grass-fed Bone-in Arm Roast.

Taken from the chuck sub-primal, the arm roast is an exceptionally lean and flavorful cut. Due to its lack of marbling and high concentration of connective tissue, it is best suited to the "low and slow" method of cooking.

Toss an arm roast in the crock pot with some garlic, lemon zest, red wine, and mirepoix (French culinary term for a finely chopped onions, carrots, and celery) and let it slow cook to perfection on low for 8 hours for the perfect pot roast.

Arm roasts also take well to braising and slow oven roasting. Try adding your own marinade or brine to boost the flavor on this rich, beefy cut.

Each roast is variable in size with boneless ranging from 1.5 to 2.5 pounds.  Bone-in roasts can range up to 3.5 lbs.  Credit will be issued to you before shipping to account for exact weights.
